Frontier plot

The series tells the story of the chaotic and violent struggle for control of wealth and power in the North American fur trade in the late 18th century. Told from multiple perspectives, it is set in a world where business negotiations can be settled through ax battles and where delicate relations between indigenous tribes and Europeans can lead to bloody conflict.
