The Lost World plot

At the beginning of the 20th century, a group of adventurers, led by Professor Challenger, set out on an expedition to South America. They want to prove the existence of a lost world isolated from modern civilization. When they arrive at their destination, disaster strikes. The hot air balloon is damaged beyond repair and the team is stranded on a plateau. Completely cut off from the outside world, they must try to find a way back to civilization. Meanwhile, they must also face the dangers of the lost world.
