The Beast plot
FBI Agent Charles Barker employs controversial techniques in his efforts to bring criminals to justice. His methods border on illegal activity, which worries his budding partner Ellis Dove. It doesn't take long before Barker is under investigation by fellow FBI agents for alleged misconduct. Dove's loyalty to his partner is tested when Agent Ray Beaumont is approached to obtain information. Not much later, Dove discovers the dark secrets of Barker's past.
