Rush Hour plot
A reckless LAPD cop and a Hong Kong rule-following detective are forced to work together. They have a hard time getting along. Detective Lee is a reserved, honorable martial arts master with lightning-fast movements, who comes to LA to avenge the alleged death of his sister and uncover more about her connection to a Chinese crime organization. Detective Carter, on the other hand, is a smart cop who follows his own rules. But despite cultures clashing and tempers sometimes running high, Carter and Lee can't deny that they're a formidable team.
