Masked Rider plot

On the distant and combative planet of Edenoi, young Prince Dex gains the powers of the Masked Rider. His grandfather, the king, then sends Dex to Earth to protect it from the encroaching evil of Count Dregon and his troops. Once on Earth, Dex is adopted by a friendly family and learns to live like a human being. With his companion Ferbus by his side, Dex is always vigilant as the Masked Rider.
