Masada plot

The focus is on the resistance of the Jews against the Roman occupiers, from 70-73 AD. In 70 Jerusalem is destroyed by the Romans. Eleazar Ben Yair presents himself as the leader of a number of Jewish fighters. Together with about 900 allies, he continues to resist Roman rule. Meanwhile, Flavius Silva, as leader of the Tenth Roman Legion, must quell an impending mutiny.
