Knight Rider plot

Police officer Michael Long is shot and left for dead by some thugs. Michael survives the attack, but his face is badly damaged and he himself is more dead than alive. He is taken in by the FLAG, a crime-fighting organization set up by Wilton Knight. Through plastic surgery, Michael gets a new face and starts working for FLAG as Michael Knight. Together with the super-advanced car KITT (Knight Industries Two Thousand), he continues Wilton Knight's work under the direction of his friend and FLAG director Devon Miles.
