Insomnia plot

Every year, strangers from around the world are forced to play a deadly game in a major city, while a secret group of billionaires and oligarchs bet on their fate. This time, it's the tenth year it's been played, and twenty contestants have to kill each other in the streets of Moscow until only one remains. Time is of the essence as they are also injected with a venom and when they fall asleep they die. The winner gets the antidote and a new life. Welcome to Insomnia.
