Mulligan plot
In the event of an alien attack on Earth, Matty Mulligan personally manages to eliminate the aliens. Because of this heroic act, he is elected as the new president of the United States by the remaining people of the globe. However, he knows very little about a lot of things, due to a lack of experience, expertise and leadership. Still, Mulligan does his utmost to achieve the best for society.
