Bear Grylls takes survival to the next level by teaching his celebrity guests essential survival skills, then proving they can apply them in a stressful situation. Guests are put to the test physically and mentally, whether they take a dip in a frozen lake in the Canadian Rockies or forage for food in the arid desert of the Great Basin.
