The Geraldi family runs a pasta factory in a small town in Italy. This family struggles with more secrets and mutual tensions than might appear at first glance. When young Barbara commits suicide during a party and it is discovered that she has given birth to a child, the search for the child and for the truth behind all the lies within this family begins.
