The Highwayman plot

In the future, most crimes start or end on the road. A new breed of law enforcement officers is being appointed to secure all roads. This group of men are known as the Highwayman, US Marshalls of special status. They patrol the dangerous and unpredictable roads with tough high-tech semi-trailer trucks, each with a detachable helicopter. This elite group hunts down criminals and fights against the corrupt legal system.
