X-Men plot
The X-Men are mutants, genetically gifted humans - the newest and most persecuted minority in the world. In the midst of an increasing climate of fear and bigotry, Professor Charles Xavier has created a place where these mutants can go to learn to use their special abilities. They fight against hostile government agencies and the radical mutant Magneto, who is bent on destroying the human race.
