Muertos S.L. plot
Following the death of Gonzalo Torregrosa, owner and founder of funeral home Torregrosa, Dámaso Carrillo, his right-hand man within the company, does not hesitate for a moment to take over the leadership himself. Against all expectations, however, the seventy-year-old widow Nieves decides to assume charge of the family business, with the help of her clumsy but enthusiastic son-in-law Chemi, a marketing expert, and against the wishes of her daughters, who want to close the funeral home and start a gym. While Dámaso conspires and manipulates his colleagues against the new management, the company faces competition from Transitus Funeral Services and their expansion plans, as well as a #MeToo case that threatens Gonzalo Torregrosa's estate.
