Swift and Shift Couriers is a courier company based in a suburb of Sydney. The work they have to do seems quite simple. The customer calls with a job and the call center passes the details on to planning. They book a courier who picks up the shipment and delivers it to the destination on time. That is all there is to it. So why does everything go wrong at Swift and Shift Couriers all the time? Could it have something to do with the employees?
