Kees Flodder Junior inherits a villa in the chic Eyckendael district, an adjacent neighborhood to Zonnedael. She moves there with her family, including her cousins Donnie and Paultje, her cousin Priscilla, and Grandma Flodder. Their arrival soon causes unrest in the otherwise quiet and respectable neighborhood. The situation becomes more complicated when neighbor JP tries to bully the family out of the neighborhood. Together with neighbor Charlotte, he makes several attempts to get rid of the Flodders. This leads to conflicts between the family and their wealthy neighbors. Kees Junior tries to keep the peace, but the situation escalates further when her mother Kees unexpectedly shows up on the doorstep.
