A young woman is found beaten to death in Kirchburg, Baden-Württemberg. Detective Barbara Kramer takes charge of the investigation, but despite numerous clues and a large team, there is no quick success. The case takes a new turn when a connection to a second, similar crime is suspected, but the evidence remains vague.
