The six-part series remains elusively mysterious yet somewhat sketchy, and it takes a while for The Crow Girl to reveal her secrets. Nevertheless, this is solid craftsmanship and recommended for fans of The Chestnut Man or the British Manhunt.

You need to have season 1 fresh in your mind to be able to follow this second season. Fortunately, they start with a summary. Personally, I rewatched the first season beforehand. There are surprising twists again in this second season. In terms of the story, it actually comes to a conclusion this time; at least there wasn't a "to be continued" at the end like in season 1. Regarding the execution, this second season scores slightly lower with me due to Jeanette's behavior, which is just a bit "over the top" in the later parts. Additionally, her home situation is starting to get a bit tedious. But otherwise, this season is captivating again, with several suspenseful moments, and the cast remains strong.
