Praise Petey plot

Petra "Petey" St. Barts is a wealthy woman from New York who had everything until her mother told her that she has inherited a small town from her recently deceased father called New Utopia. Upon arrival, she discovers that her father was a cult leader and that the residents have been brainwashed by her father's influence to mindlessly follow her. Now that she has a new purpose in life, Petey hopes that the citizens of New Utopia will be able to think for themselves and become normal by beginning to abolish human sacrifice.
