Playing House plot

Maggie Caruso and Emma Crawford have been friends since childhood and have been through a lot together in Pinebrook, the town where they grew up. Maggie discovers her husband is cheating and Emma quits her job in China to raise the baby with her. While Maggie prepares for the upcoming birth and has to deal with the aftermath of the divorce, Emma has yet to come to terms with the past and the town she once abruptly left behind.
