Dood Spoor plot

Ed Bex is a man with an eating disorder: as soon as he puts something in his mouth, he sees what happens to it. He uses this special gift in his unusual job: with 'The Last Greeting' he helps relatives to reconstruct the last hours of their loved ones who have passed away. When Inspector Adams finds a body in an airtight bag, he asks Ed for help. Ed hesitates: does he want to use his gift in a murder case? When he does delve into the case, he gets caught up in a mix of absurd situations, personal chaos and deep remorse.

Knappe serie, alles waar Peter van Den Begin in speelt is trouwens goed, ook Elise Schaap zie ik graag bezig, en Marjan De Schutter, een dorpsgenoot van mij, prime prestatie ! Hopelijk komt er een tweede seizoen.

Great series, everything Peter van Den Begin plays in is good by the way, I also like to watch Elise Schaap, and Marjan De Schutter, a fellow villager of mine, top performance! Hopefully there will be a second season.

Dood spoor is een tamelijk vreselijke serie, boordevol ergernissen. Ten eerste zijn er de ronduit walgelijke orale excessen. Braken, smerige dingen in de mond steken, eten kauwen met open mond, eten uitspuwen. Het houdt eigenlijk niet op. Daarnaast zijn de personages zo buitengewoon irritant dat mijn bloeddruk ervan door het dak ging. Elise Schaap zet met dokter Anna het meest pedante personage neer dat ik ooit op tv heb gezien. Mijn nekharen gingen ervan overeind staan. Ward Kerremans doet zijn typetje uit Billie vs Benjamin hier nog eens dunnetjes over, maar dan ontdaan van alle sympathieke karakteristieken van Benjamin. Maar als het gaat om onuitstaanbaarheid staat Cleo, de echtgenote in het disfunctionele gezin van Ed, op eenzame hoogte. Gewoon niet te harden dat personage. Hoe zij de verf van de muren zaagt, daar houd je het als vent toch geen dag mee uit? En het verhaal? Dat ontbreekt nagenoeg compleet. Een degoutante, ondraaglijke reeks dus.

Dead End is a pretty awful series, full of annoyances. First of all, there are the downright disgusting oral excesses. Vomiting, putting disgusting things in your mouth, chewing food with your mouth open, spitting out food. It doesn't really stop there. In addition, the characters are so extremely irritating that my blood pressure went through the roof. Elise Schaap, with doctor Anna, plays the most pedantic character I have ever seen on TV. The hairs on my neck stood on end. Ward Kerremans does his character from Billie vs Benjamin again here, but then stripped of all of Benjamin's sympathetic characteristics. But when it comes to unbearableness, Cleo, the wife in Ed's dysfunctional family, stands alone. That character is simply unbearable. The way she saws the paint off the walls, you can't stand that as a guy for a day? And the story? That is almost completely missing. A disgusting, unbearable series.
