Kimi ni Todoke plot

Sawako Kuronuma, called Sadako by her classmates because of her resemblance to the character from the horror movie 'Ringu', has always been feared and misunderstood because of her looks. There are rumors that Sawako can see ghosts and curse people. But despite her looks, she is a sweet and shy girl who longs to befriend and be like everyone else. When her idol, the popular boy Kazehaya, starts talking to her, everything changes. She finds herself in a new world, trying to make friends and talk to different people and she can't thank Kazehaya enough for giving her these opportunities. Slowly but surely, a sweet love blossoms between the two.
