Least season so far unfortunately, with a fairly simple, stretched plot and rather caricatural characters. It's all rather Godfather-esque with a big wink, but only rarely does it really come to life convincingly. The ninth episode, completely in black and white, is by far the best, with an unmistakable Coen brothers atmosphere. The rest is worth seeing, with some great moments here and there, but the series is clearly starting to show signs of wear. By the way, you'll have to wait until the credits roll on the final episode to understand how this fourth series compares to the previous seasons.
