A new trailer has been released for The Garfield Movie.
The official premise of the Garfield reboot reads:
'Garfield, the world-famous, Monday-hating, lasagna-loving indoor cat, is about to have a wild outdoor adventure! After an unexpected reunion with his long-lost father - scruffy street cat Vic - Garfield and his canine friend Odie are forced from their perfectly pampered life into joining Vic in a hilarious, high-stakes heist.'
It stars Chris Pratt, Samuel L. Jackson, Hannah Waddingham, Ving Rhames, Nicholas Hoult, Cecily Strong, Harvey Guillen, Brett Goldstein, and Bowen Yang.
Pratt is, of course, no stranger to voice acting, having voiced Emmett Brickowski in The Lego Movie series and Mario in 2023's The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
The movie will see him reunite with Jackson after the pair worked together in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Peter Quill and Nick Fury respectively.
It is directed by Mark Dindal, known for helming The Emperor's New Groove and Chicken Little.
