Harry Dorn tries to take possession of ranchers' land and prevents banker Brady from helping the ranchers. One of his men kills Brady and that causes a real rush on the bank of people wanting their money. Rocky volunteers to collect money from a nearby town, but is ambushed en route and loses his memory.
