"DEATH GALLOPS IN THE SADDLE WHEN THE BLACK LEGION RIDES!"
Charlie Doan buys up all the land in Wild Horse Valley knowing that he can sell it on to the Standard Railroad Company for a big profit. When ranchers refuse to sell, Doan lets his men run wild to force the rancher to sell. Ruth Williams of the Running M ranch is cross and refuses to give in. When Jack Benson and his friends learn of Ruth's troubles, they help her. Doan learns that Benson has bought an option on a ranch himself and uses it to turn Ruth against him.
