West of Santa Fe plot

Major Seabury, a negotiator for the purchase of special horses for the army, stops by Helen's ranch. It is through this ranch that important and dangerous actions are carried out and a plot takes place to defraud the government. Neighboring rancher Jack discovers that the real Major is in the hands of Confederate sympathizers led by Helen's foreman Bull.
