"Twin-gun Marshal drills home justice! to the whole brutal bunch!"
Three US Marshals Whip Wilson, Jim Bannon and 'Texas' are on the hunt for a gang that hunts down escaped prisoners on the 'Dead or Alive' list. However, the wanted men are always delivered dead to the sheriffs. This gang lets men escape and then collect the reward promised for them. Because they are delivered dead, the men can't tell who helped them escape first. Whip goes incognito as escaped outlaw Alan Mason, who is engaged to saloon owner 'Spangles' Calhoun who has been imprisoned for perjury. Whip, who has supposedly escaped, is offered a reward by Sheriff Jeff. Whip goes to Spangles' saloon in Copper City and he can hide with her. However, the 'Dead or Alive' gang, led by Sid Taggert, has been tipped off about Alan Mason's hideout.
