"DOUBLE-BARRELED JUSTICE catches up with a cold-blooded killer when "Rocky" takes up the chase!"
Rocky Lane is a detective and he arrives at Nugget's ranch to help him. When he finds out that Nugget only has three cows left, he sticks around in the area anyway. Lane thwarts an attempt by Benson to blow up the bank vault. Benson tries to get rid of Lane by designating him as a wanted bandit. Benson then pulls a load of dynamite to the old mine nearby, the corridors of which are under the bank.
