Tonto Basin Outlaws plot

"THE RANGE BUSTERS MOST THRILLING ADVENTURE! (original print media ad - all caps)"

Crash Corrigan, Dusty King and Alibi Terhune, aka the "Range Busters" join Teddy Roosevelt's Rough Riders during the Spanish-American War. But due to cattle thefts in Wyoming that endanger the military's meat supplies, the three are sent to Wyoming. Arriving in North Butte, Crash's home base, the three take jobs with different employers. Jane Blanchard, a reporter for the Denver Daily, also arrives in town looking for a good story. The three Range Busters learn that Jeff Miller is the mastermind behind the cattle thefts. Miller, in turn, learns that the three men are members of the Range Busters and are after him. A confrontation between the two sides is inevitable.
