The bandit Luke Severn, who is active in the border area between Mexico and the United States, is after Don Juan Estrada's money. Luke manages to get not only Estrada to marry off his daughter Carmelita to him, but also to call Dave Marshall a bandit. When Dave shows up to expose Luke, Dave is jailed.
