"Living! Loving! Fighting!"
To prevent his father Jim Colt from being blackmailed for participating in a Texas train robbery, Johnny takes the blame for the theft. Johnny and his girlfriend Rusty Blair want to return the stolen money. Johnny's "friend" Tony Ballew, however, has other ideas. He steals this money and then runs away. On the way, Ballew confides in Apache Joe about his deed, but he must determine that Apache Joe was in charge of that conscious train robbery.
