The Whirlwind Rider plot

Bill Reed takes a job at Alice Baldwin's ranch and immediately thwarts a salary heist. Frank Kellogg is the perpetrator, because he had given Alice a loan for the ranch, and wanted to demand the salaries. Bill learns of Alice's financial troubles and hopes to win the top prize in a rodeo competition so he can help her out. Kellogg tries to prevent Bill from entering the competition.
