The Singing Outlaw plot

Scrap Gordon is nearby at a clash between the outlaw Cueball and a marshall, in which the two manage to kill each other. To apprehend the local bandit gang, Gordon decides to pose as Cueball. The sheriff manages to catch the gang, including Gordon. Convinced he has Cueball, the sheriff accuses Gordon of the marshall's murder.
