The Savage Horde plot

"GET 'RINGO!' He's Gun-Mad!"

John 'Ringo' Baker kills an army captain in self-defense in New Mexico. Ringo's brother, Lieutenant Mike Baker, is ordered to arrest him. On his way to Utah to visit his girlfriend Livvy Weston, Ringo has an armed encounter with a cavalry patrol led by his brother Mike, in which Mike is injured in his escape. Ringo arrives in the town of Gunlock and befriends Glenn Larrabee, a small ranch owner. Landowner Wade Proctor preys on Glenn's territory. Ringo becomes a business partner of Glenn and he organizes the other small ranchers to fight Proctor. Proctor hires the gunslinger Dancer to kill Ringo. In addition to his brother Mike, Dancer is now also chasing Ringo.
