The Phantom Stagecoach plot
"BULLET-HOT STORY! Only one man lived to tell the tale!"
There is an ongoing war between two rival stagecoach companies. Stagecoach owner Joe Patterson is an honest man. That cannot be said of his competitor Martin Maroon. Using an armored stagecoach, Maroon Patterson sabotages activities and leaves behind no evidence that can be traced back to him. Incognito, Wells Fargo agent Glen Hayden tries to put an end to Maroon's viciousness. Things get more difficult for Hayden, however, when he falls in love with Maroon's cousin Fran.
