The One Way Trail plot
Tim Allen returns to his hometown to visit his brother Terry. Upon arrival, Terry is found mortally wounded during a firefight. The reason would be that Terry would have cheated during a card game. The man who shot him is George Beck, a hitherto honest card player. The owner of the Lone Star saloon offers Tim a job as a dealer. Tim refuses, but does join George Beck. Tim tries to find out if Beck was actually the gunman who killed his brother.
