The Lone Rider in Texas Justice plot
"He Pulled Punches To Oblige A Gal... She Thanked Him With A Smoking Double-Cross!"
The rancher Jack Stewart, innocent in prison for cattle theft, is on his way to his ranch and his daughter Kate. Jack is stopped on the way by a number of ranchers, who have become victims of cattle thieves. When he refuses to leave the territory, the angry ranchers set out to lynch Jack. Sheriff Smoky Moore tries to stop the ranchers, but he is knocked out. However, Tom Cameron, aka 'The Lone Rider', and his devoted old friend Fuzzy Q. Jones can prevent a lynching. Nora Gilpin, whose husband was hanged a year ago for cattle theft, works with her gang leader Trimmer Davis and his two henchmen out of the Santa Clarissa Convent, where the three cattle thieves pose as Fathers and take the real Father Jose hostage. Nora lives under an assumed name at the Stewart Ranch, where she seeks friendship with Kate. The Lone Rider recognizes Nora, but he doesn't say anything yet.
