"This is a different Western!"
Notorious liar Bill Barker is banned to the west by the legal authorities. In a village he manages to convince the inhabitants that he is suitable to simultaneously exercise the functions of mayor and judge. In those positions, he has to deal with the outlaw 'The Tonto Kid' and the troublesome McQuinn brothers. He also meets his daughter, who goes by the name Nita Mosby. She thinks her real father has died.
