The Last Frontier plot
Lige 'Tiger' Morris tries to start a war between the settlers and the Native Americans to take possession of their territory because of gold being found. Tiger Morris can count on the help of his respected fellow townsman Jeff Maitland and his henchmen. Maitland tries to smuggle guns to the Native Americans, but is thwarted by the appearance of "The Black Ghost," a masked vigilante. The Black Ghost is actually the righteous Tom Kirby, the editor of the local newspaper. Tom can count on the support of General Custer, Wild Bill Hickock, the Colonel's daughter Betty Halliday and Rose, Jeff Maitland's wife, in his fight against Tiger Morris, who tries to keep her marriage to him a secret.
