The Cheyenne Cyclone plot

Bob Carleton goes to work at O'Brien's ranch. O'Brien is in trouble due to a lack of water. Flash Corbin causes O'Brien's water supplies to be poisoned. Carleton tries to find new water supplies by drilling O'Brien's soil, but Corbin bribes the operator. When Carleton temporarily leaves, Corbin tries to get the discouraged O'Brien to sell the ranch.
