Texas Ranger Tex Newman and his loyal friends Pee Wee and Ananias arrive in Mexico. The trio arrive just in time to rescue Maria, the governor's daughter, from a stagecoach robbery. Deputy Marshall Tom Carr, who was on his way to the Texas Rangers district office to solve problems with rebellious Indians attacking local ranchers, turns out to have been kidnapped in this robbery. Gang leader Kildare kills Carr and he takes his place. Tex finds out that the rebellious Indians are actually whites led by Kildare. Kildare meanwhile blames Tex and he is arrested. Pee Wee and Ananias, who are being chased by the Mexican authorities, turn to Maria for help.
