"Stagecoach holdup sets stage for murder!"

Evil rancher Thatcher sends his two henchmen Parnell and Clint to kill his wealthy boss Peter Arnold. Arnold has just arrived at his Arizona ranch to retire, but Thatcher wants to take possession of Arnold's property. Stagecoach owner Dave Collins and his Mexican friend Chito Jose Gonzalez Bustamante Rafferty manage to repel Parnell and Clint's attack on Peter Arnold just in time. But Collins is not yet rid of Parnell and Clint, when it turns out that both have robbed a gold shipment. However, Clint is recognized by Jessie, Peter Arnold's daughter. Jessie tells Collins that Clint has fled to the West Coast. Not only does Collins now have his hands full trying to retrieve the stolen gold, but along the way he also has to deal with Jessie, who has fallen madly in love with him and first dressed up as a man to stay close to him.
