Square Deal Sanderson plot
Square deal Anderson finds a letter from Mary Bransford on the dead body of a horse thief. Her ranch is threatened by Alva Dale, who controls the nearby town. By pretending to be Mary's brother, Sanderson saves drifter Barney Owen, who has stood by Mary's side, from the noose. Dale orders the corrupt sheriff to arrest Sanderson. He also has some cowboys and thousands of Mary's cattle killed with poisoned drinking water. But then Sanderson manages to escape with the help of Owen.
