"IT'S ROY ROGERS THRILL TIME!...Riding the range in his most daring...most exciting...most dangerous blazing adventure!"
Roy (Roy Rogers) runs an oil pipeline near a missile launch base. Gregory Camwell (Grant Withers) has his sights set on one of the missiles. To gain access to the base, he steals oil from Roy and then sells it. Finally, Camwell succeeds and intercepts a missile. He replaces the data box with explosives and returns the projectile to base.
