Sierra Passage plot
"Ruthless manhunt...from the lawless plains to the wild Sierras!"
When Yance Carter and his outlaws Andy and Bart kill 13-year-old Johnny Yorke's father, Johnny is adopted by Thaddeus "Thad" Kring, who runs a traveling variety show featuring singers and marksman Sam Cooper. Sam makes Johnny a fine marksman, who hopes to take revenge on his father's killers with this skill. Thad hopes to stop the restless Johnny's quests by hiring the attractive Ann Walker as Johnny's assistant during his shooting demonstrations. But even after his marriage to Ann, Johnny's feelings of revenge remain. One day, Yance Carter and his gang raid the train, which also contains Thad's party. Johnny then gives chase.
