Cavalry Lieutenant Cam Elliott is ordered to arrest the Seminole chief Black Cat. Black Cat leads his tribe in a campaign of terror and bloodshed against the whites. Black Cat manages to kidnap Susan Hannah, Colonel Hannah's daughter and Cam's girlfriend. Black Cat wants to trade Hannah with corrupt white traders for guns. For Cam, a bloody battle with the Seminoles now seems inevitable.
