"Rambler Who Wouldn't Stay Licked Nips A Crime Wave in the Sagebrush Country!"
Tom Weston arrives in town just as the local doctor announces that his father's death was a suicide. Tom's father was the banker of the town and the bank turns out to be without money. The residents discover Tom's identity and want to hang him because he is the son of what they believe to be a guilty banker. Tom escapes and squeezes a statement from the doctor. Then he sets a trap for his father's killer.
