"Singin' Tex puts the trigger finger on crooked range politicians!"

Tex Reed is a US Marshall who is sent to investigate the corridors of a gang that uses escaped convicts. The gang helps a prisoner escape and uses the men for bank robberies. When the prisoner claims his share, he is shot and the gang collects the money that is on the prisoner's head.
