"HEADED FOR TROUBLE -- ON A PATH TO TREACHERY !"
During the American Civil War, Confederate spy Susan Crowley works on a variety show in a southern town near the Mexican border. Susan hopes to prevent the Mexican government from taking sides with the Confederates. The Confederates want to send a herd of cattle to Mexico to appease the Mexicans, but Susan wants to prevent that. She calls on her boyfriend and cowboy Jeff Donner. However, Susan has not counted on Marshal James Thorne.
